Pregnancy Relaxation Evenings

A Calm Space to Pause During Pregnancy

Pregnancy can be beautiful, but it can also feel busy, noisy and overwhelming.


Appointments, advice, opinions, planning, and somewhere in the middle of that...you.


My pregnancy relaxation evenings are a gentle opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself and your baby.


Held at the tipi in Elkstone, Gloucestershire, these small nurturing sessions are designed to help you feel calmer, more grounded and more confident as your pregnancy progresses.


When we're stressed, our bodies hold tension. When we're calm, our bodies soften. Deep relaxation during pregnancy can:


Reduce stress and anxiety.

Improve sleep

Lower muscle tension

Encourage oxytocin 

Help you build positive associations with birth


Each evening includes:


Breathing techniques you can use during pregnancy and labour

Gentle guided relaxation

Quiet journaling time

A topic to discuss and sharing if you feel comfortable.

Tea and nourishing snacks
